Waking up knowing that I have my bowl of Matcha oats sitting in the fridge, all ready to go, helps me spring out of bed in the morning, wiping the sleepiness from my eyes with a big smile on my face! My gorgeous friend introduced me to this recipe and I have fallen in love with this beautiful breakfast dish. So I wanted to share it with you all; as I know you will love it just as much as I do!
For those who don’t know what Matcha is: It is a finely powered green tea which has been used in Japanese tea culture for over 900 years. It is high in Antioxidants, and has many health benefits such as: helping to fight inflammation, boosts your immune system and a calming effect on the brain.
